Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one email management solution, which will grant you complete command over your email mailbox accounts and mailing lists. With this user-friendly graphical user interface, you can set up a new mailbox account in no time and administer its settings easily. Additionally, you can redirect emails from one email account to another, configure mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your email mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can protect all your e-mail accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unasked-for emails will find their way into your email mailbox. Your emails will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for filtrating your incoming e-mail messages on the basis of certain criteria set by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming mails from one email box account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Just specify the e-mailbox account you want to forward electronic mail messages from, then choose the target e-mail box and indicate if you would like to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the email client of your choosing to access your mailbox accounts. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you want to set up on your desktop computer or cellular phone and click on the electronic mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new electronic mail account will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple email mailbox accounts simultaneously is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to quickly create an autoresponder message - specify the message you would like people to view and our system will do the rest.
